KEY CRITERIA

Purchase a property of at least €250,000 (plus VAT)
Obtaining a Greek Tax Registration Number (TIN-ΑΦΜ) (For purpose of opening
a bank account)
4 photos per applicant and each family member, where applicable
Copy of the applicants’ passport and/or family members’ (certified by the Greece authorities with the relevant valid entry Visa)
Marriage and Birth Certificates, where applicable
